Yes, Tanny took me around and introduced me to everyone. Every person I met was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Tanny in particular was an amazing person to work with. I have purchased five other cars in my lifetime, and in no instance did my interaction with a sales professional come close to the kind of service Tanny Brown gave to me, nor does anyone match Town and Country as a dealership. I live more than 500 miles away from Portland, but I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Tanny and Town and Country Chevrolet. It was seriously easier to deal with Town and Country in Portland than it has been to deal with my local dealers in previous deals. Tanny made all the difference in this transaction!

First of all, I have to tell you, my car "requirements" were about as obscure as you can get. I wanted a hotrod, like a Challenger or a Camaro but also needed to have a business car. I also wanted to lease a car but keep the payments at a tolerable level. With all that said, I contacted Brandi Snook and set her off on a "wild goose chase". Within a day or so, Brandi and her team from Wilsonville, Chris Martinez and Jeff Connelly, came back with a couple options for me.
Not only did your team find the "wild goose", they brought me the whole flock! I'm now tooling around in the most perfect "hotrod/business car" on the market today. A 2012 Dodge Charger R/T Max! Black on black on black on black! AND A HEMI!!!. Did I say it was black? OMG… this thing is sick. I've been trying to sit down and write this letter since I got the car. I've been out showing people and having them drive it. They all say the same thing… "man this thing is SICK!!!

After we figured out what I wanted from a car and what my range was you made choosing the car pretty easy and mildly amusing (only I wold get lost going from the Honda dealership to the Chevrolet dealership). You did live up to the slogan "drive home happy", everywhere I drive home from I am certainly happy. My experience at the dealership with Brandi was an exceptional one. She was very helpful and accomadating to any and all of my concerns and questions.
The numerous features of the vehicle were explained to me during the test drive, and reexamined before leaving the lot, She was even kind enough to test a few of them for me to ensure they were connected and/or working properly.
I felt like she worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied and had all my answers before making the decision to purchase. It was as though I was her top priority, which is not a common feeling when dealing with sales individuals on car lots.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and I am happy with my new car.
