| I have purchased MANY cars, never has a purchase been so easy and painless as the purchase of my new HHR yesterday. Tonkin, Premiere, Suburban and others have lost my business as long as I am able to come to Town and Country and buy from Linda Lee. I'm a very busy business owner and don't have the time to write messages like this but this time I'm making an exception. We started dealing with another salesman and I wasn't happy with the BS I received from them. I ended up with Linda Lee and let me tell you that she gave me no BS or sales "speel" just the facts and what she could do for me. We hit the ground running and I left your store with a new 2008 HHR before 6pm that day. She knew how to deal with me and made me a believer that buying a car doesn't have to be like a visit to the dentist. I have NEVER given a thumbs up to a car salesman but I'll be handing out HER business cards to my customers and friends, etc. BOTTOM LINE! She has turned someone who HATES buying cars into someone who now knows how EASY it can be. She will getting a 100% from me and if I ever open a business selling cars I'll steal her away from you and make her my first hire!
Give her a huge pat on the back because she made up for the other salespeople out there and made you guys look GOOD!

Mike showed up at the dealership in the middle of the worst snow and ice storm in Oregon in over 30 years AND on his day off to help us with our purchase. | Although, we were not able to come together on the deal, my wife and I were both very impressed with Brandi and her level of professionalism and her effort to assist us. We were both also very impressed with her knowledge of your products. Frankly we were a bit sceptical before we gave her a chance to say anything. We weren't really expecting her to have the level of expertise and the approach that she exhibited. She was not pushy and if I am able to unload our trade we will come back and ask for Brandee. She is very sharp and appears to have the knack to read people and knows when its the right time to let them go on thier way and not turn them off to the organization or to her. I do believe that she has to be a very contribution to your organization. Let there be no doubt I am hard to deal with and even harder to impress. I have never had a positive thing to say about a car dealer before. Thank you and I hope we can deal on a truck in the near future.

Recently my fiance and I had the opportunity to come into your shop and test drive the 2010 Equinox, which we both loved. We were also fortunate to be able to work with Tanny Brown, who we also loved to work with.
Out of all the dealerships that we visited and all the people we spoke with, we felt that Tanny was by far the most professional person we dealt with and the most knowledgeable about the car we test drove. Nobody else came close.
She took us on an intelligent route that was designed to demonstrate the features and the handling of the car, and she waited to speak about those features until the appropriate time on the route. Nobody else had a plan with that amount of thought and detail.
